Chrissy spent many of her early days between eastern Europe and the east coast
of the United States. For as long as she could remember, she's had a love for
picture books, storytelling, and drawing. Over time, few things have changed,
aside from the scenery. Today she lives in Alaska and specializes in illustration
for children's publishing and products - creating fun, expressive, and playful
artwork day in & day out. Her characters convey wonderful expressions, BIG
personalities, and a great sense of movement. Chrissy's fun, humorous artwork
appeals to parents, babies, toddlers, children, tweens and the kid at heart.
Despite the distance, Chrissy easily and happily works with publishers and clients
worldwide. In addition to illustration, she has previous experience as an art director
in children's publishing and as an ad agency graphic designer. Chrissy is also a
member of the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators (SCBWI).

every time!
